Why Cougars?
I have been James Bond fan for a long time and my wife have been
breedin Norwegian Forest Cats many years.
But what that's has to do with Cougars?
When my wife begun her cattery she needed a name for the cattery. You
have to apply those names from FIFE. Catterys name became "Cougar's". We
boughts our first Cats from
Polarheims. They were American car enthuatists and said that there
is also a car named Cougar. At that point it didn't mean anything else
to us than it was nice to know. But then we found out that in the James
Bond movie "On Her Majesty's Secret Service" Bond drives Mercury Cougar
XR7 and that was it. We thought that "We have to have one of those".
Well, at the moment we have four different Mercury Cougars.
One of the Cougars used on On Her Majesty's Secret Service is at Sweden.
